There are lots of price trackers on the App Store. Coinlytics is different - our experience is primarily focused on iOS widgets and we offer an incredibly diverse and flexible widget library to deliver crypto data to your devices. There are other price trackers and apps that support widgets but we felt they were limited and a 'one-size-fits-all' - so we created Coinlytics - we believe widgets are a fantastic way to track the crypto that you care about and so we've supercharged the way that you can configure and manage your widgets.
Why widgets?
If you hold/own any crypto and you're always interested in current prices, your phone is usually the best way for you to get this information. The typical process is to find out the price of a coin or token is:
- Grab your phone
- Unlock it
- Search for your favorite app
- Open it
- Navigate to the pricing screen
Widgets are small, easily glanceable snippets of information that live on the home screen of your iPhone or iPad. When you unlock your phone, you're immediately looking at your home screen. When you drop Coinlytics Widgets on to your home screen, every time you unlock your phone you'll be able to know the prices of the coins and tokens and other crypto assets that are important to you. That's the power of widgets.
To that end, Coinlytics offers a dizzying array of themes and designs along with several customization options that gives you nearly unlimited flexibility in how you can visualize and consume your crypto data.
Coinlytics currently offers 15 types of widgets to cover the different ways you can visualize your data:
Single Coin Widget (Small, Medium, Large)
Single Coin Widgets display data about a single crypto asset. This widget is available in 3 sizes - small, medium and large.
Two Coin Widget (Small, Medium, Large)
Two Coin Widgets display data about two crypto assets. This widget is available in 3 sizes - small, medium and large.
Three Coin Widget (Small, Medium, Large)
Three Coin Widgets display data about.. you guessed it... three crypto assets. This widget is available in 3 sizes - small, medium and large.
Six Coin Widget (Small, Medium, Large)
Six Coin Widgets display data about six crypto assets. This widget is currently only available in the large size.
Blockchain Widget
 | The Blockchain Widget displays statistics and metrics for the most popular blockchains: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Stellar, Bitcoin SV, EOS, Monero, Tezos, Dash, Zcash and Dogecoin. We'll be adding more in the future. For each blockchain we display criteria and statistics relevant to that particular coin. Blockchain widgets are available in the Premium upgrade. |
ForEx Widget
ForEx Widgets display foreign exchange conversions. This widget comes in three sizes: small (one set of currencies), medium (two sets of currencies) and large (six sets of currencies).
